How can I book tickets?

You can book tickets online through our official website, Seamore mobile app, by phone via our reservations center at +30 210 8919800, through our central agencies or through authorized travel agencies

 

What can I do if the booking is not completed or I do not receive a confirmation email?

If the reservation is not completed or you do not receive a confirmation email, you can call our call center at 210 8919800.

 

What payment methods are available for telephone reservations?

Telephone reservations can be paid by bank deposit, by card charge over the phone or online through the following link which the payment is completed by entering your card details, or via IRIS.
If payment is not completed by the date and time of the option provided to you, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

How can I check-in online?

Web Check-in is available from 48 hours up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. 
For Adriatic Sea routes, it is necessary to check your travel documents at the port office BEFORE boarding the ship. You can do Web Check-in here. If you encounter any problem, please contact 210 8919800 or by email at cc@attica-group.com.

 

How can I change my ticket?

Ticket changes are made in accordance with the commercial policy which you can find here and can be made at your travel agent, at the central port offices or via email at cc@attica-group.com for reservations made through our official website and the Seamore app.

 

What is the process for canceling ferry tickets?

Ticket cancelations are subject to our company’s commercial policy which you can find here and are carried out at the ticket issuing agencies, at our central port offices, and via email at cc@attica-group.com for bookings made through our official website and the Seamore app.

 

Lost Ticket for Domestic route?

According to our cancellation policy which is mentioned in the General Conditions in our official website, these tickets can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Kindly be advised that since it is not permitted by law to reprint or reissue ferry tickets since they are only printed/issued once, when a ticket is lost, a new ticket must be bought.
Passengers must declare in writing the ticket(s) loss, indicating the departure date, the itinerary and the number of the lost ticket as well as the number of the new ticket bought. If after 1-month has passed and the lost tickets are not travelled, we reissue new tickets for the same destination at the same seating category, free of charge. There is no time limit for claiming these tickets.
