Blue Star Ferries, as a member of Attica Group (the "Company" or the "parent company"), applies the Whistleblowing Policy of its parent company (for which you can refer here), which is aligned with the current legislative requirements (EU Directive 1937/2019, Law 4990/2022, Joint Ministerial Decision 47312/11.12.2023, Law 4808/2021, Ministerial Decision 82063/01.11.2021), and establishes the general principles, protection measures, and operational framework under which the Company and its subsidiaries receive, process, and investigate both named and anonymous Reports concerning acts or omissions relating to violations of the legislative and regulatory framework.
The Policy applies to all violations within its material scope across all Attica Group companies, regardless of whether they are required to establish reporting channels according to applicable legislation.
