Embarkation

Embarkation procedures and document issuance begin several hours prior to the ship’s departure.

Drivers must be at the port at least 3 hours prior to the ship’s departure, otherwise they must contact the Port Agent to ensure that their booking is not cancelled.

A waiting list can be found at the BLUE STAR FERRIES office at the port of departure.

Following the completion of all necessary documentation from the Company and the Port Authorities, drivers must bring their trucks to the designated parking area, adjacent to the ship.

It is imperative that the drivers remain close to their trucks once embarkation commences.

The company accepts no responsibility in the case where drivers are absent from their trucks during embarkation and miss the departure.
